Hey there, welcome to acl.

No, not that ACL… and no, not that acl either. I’m Aricka C. Lewis, owner + founder of acl handmade llc. If you know me, it may not come as a surprise that I’ve started this tiny business because I’ve been contemplating it for a little while.

I’ve always been a creative person. Having studied graphic design in college, played in multiple bands, and flipped just about every piece of furniture I can get my hands on, making has always been a big part of my life.

Enter: a sewing machine. My fiancé gifted me with a brand new sewing machine for Christmas in 2023. I’d never sewn anything before and fell in love immediately; I’ve sewn almost everyday since.

After sharing my creations and self-drafted patterns on Instagram, my friends and family encouraged me to sell my products. Here we are!
